Every person that goes to Bordeaux from Sanguinet or Biscarosse pass through there. Ask the driver to let you at the roundabout (rond-point) at the exit of sanguinet.―Anonymous

Direction : Biscarrosse (others see below)If the driver don't go directly to Biscarrosse, wait for another. There will be plenty. Because between this roundabout (Dune du Pyla) and Biscarrosse, people just drive 120km/h and won't stop or even see you in those 30km of nowhereland.

Prefer to hitch on the D259 towards east, because it's the easiest way to reach Arcachon for drivers, even if it's seems the same distance on the map with the D218 (going through villages)

Cars won't easily stop here, and most of them only go to Arcachon.
I suggest to walk 10 minutes to the next junction, and hitch towards Arcachon or Bordeaux on the N250
